Why did something like this have to morph into evil? Why did chaos and uncertainty suddenly loom over such an innocent place? Why did this have to happen here and now out of all times? All of the subjects of this extraordinary kingdom are now fearing for their lives over something that they themselves had no control over. I always knew that the world was a cruel place but never did I think that something like this would ever happen… Not in a million years… The Kurayami strike fear in the hearts of the courageous and plant the seed of doubt in the most intelligent life forms. How did they get here and what is their motive? Why would they go out of their way to put all of these innocent lives in grave danger? The things they did to those people… I have wished to let go of those horrific images after the instant that I saw them. They were turned to ferocious and ugly beings against their own will. They were made puppets under a monster that yearned to make others suffer in the most unimaginable ways… Will anyone be there to save us? Will the gods make it their mission to stop these devils in their tracks? The survivors prayed for what seemed like eons, begging for someone or something to intervene and become their saving grace in this time of need. Who will lead us through this harsh reality and guide us to the light at the other side of the tunnel? Oh almighty gods, hear my prayer! Bring down hell on these intruders, let the light of truth and justice shine down on the middle realm! Make no mistake, someone will be here to save us! //// Please keep in mind that both the author and I are high school students going into college next year, we do not have unlimited free time.
